Growing Euonymus japonicus Bravo
Any well drained soil in sun or partial shade. Drought tolerant when established. Good for exposed coastal locations.
It is hardy and evergreen pretty much throughout Britain, but in a harsher than average Scottish winter it might drop its leaves.
As with any variegated plant, prune out pure green-leaved stems if and when they appear.
Spacing a Bravo Spindle hedge: 3 plants per metre, 33 centimetres apart, is ideal.
