Mixed Woodland Bulb Collection

The Woodland Mix bulb collection is our selection of native varieties chosen especially because they grow well in shade under trees.

They will not grow "in the dark" but they thrive in dappled shade and at the foot of hedgerows. In spring these bulbs will be the highlight of any woodland display; if they are planted in decent soil they will increase by division and by seed year after year.

The typical mix contains (stock allowing):

• 50 English bluebells
• 100 Snowdrops
• 50 Wild daffodils
• 50 Wood anemones
• We reserve the right to provide appropriate substitutes

All the bulbs in the mix are premium sized to ensure good flowering and establishment in the first year after planting. Because of their size they will also multiply sooner and more rapidly.
